What is the payment term for orders?
After the contract is signed, you shall pay a 40% deposit, which brings the contract into effect.
How long does it take to arrange production?
Mass production is managed immediately upon receiving the deposit. Typically, CNC machinery is completed within 20 days, while automatic drilling and tapping machines are finished within 15 days.
What packaging do you recommend?
We recommend choosing wooden box packing to effectively avoid any potential damage during transportation.
How should we check the goods upon acceptance?
When receiving the goods, please inspect the product carefully: check for packaging damage, leakage, and whether the goods are intact. Verify that the product quantity and accessories match your requirements and all machine details are correct. If any issue is found, please take pictures and contact us immediately.
What is the warranty period and service coverage?
We offer a one-year warranty. We can send you replacement components for free during the first year if the damage is not intentional. We also provide lifelong maintenance support. After the warranty expires, customers will only need to pay for components and express fees.
Do you provide on-site debugging and training?
We can provide on-site debugging and training for customers. The customer will be responsible for travel expenses, accommodation, and meals. The 12-month warranty period begins on the day the machine arrives. In case of issues, support is available, including related English manuals and operation guides shipped with each machine.
