Raw Material Inspection

  • All emergency lights must be cleaned and meticulously finished.
Outgoing Quality Inspection
  • Random box selection is performed to verify appearance: check for damages, dust, or incorrect shipping marks.
  • Inspect inner boxes for accurate serial numbers. Each product has a unique ID number, clean surface, and accurate labeling.
  • Internal inspection ensures all components (especially transformers and wiring connections) are securely fixed and properly routed.
