Quality Control Processes
Raw Material Inspection
The raw material warehouse only accepts materials meeting target quality standards. Spot checks are strictly performed upon arrival.
Before starting production, workers double-check all materials to prevent process waste.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
100% inspection of PCB assemblies before final casing. Critical parameters tested: charging current, discharging current, conversion voltage, and indicator light functionality.
Every component on the PCB must be securely fastened. Adhesive labels must display correct data. Batteries must be securely bundled.
Testing utilizes advanced testing equipment: voltage regulators, withstand voltage machines, aging test boards, and integrating spheres.
Finished Products Inspection
Indicator functionality must operate properly; all LEDs must light up immediately during power cuts. Button switches must engage smoothly.
The middle plate must be securely fastened with screws, presenting no significant color deviations from the main outer casing.
All emergency lights must be cleaned and meticulously finished.
Outgoing Quality Inspection
Random box selection is performed to verify appearance: check for damages, dust, or incorrect shipping marks.
Inspect inner boxes for accurate serial numbers. Each product has a unique ID number, clean surface, and accurate labeling.
Internal inspection ensures all components (especially transformers and wiring connections) are securely fixed and properly routed.
Aging Test Board analysis is carried out to ensure the internal circuitry aligns with all operational standards.
