Transport Medium:
Bulk cement, dry mixed mortar, fly ash and other low-density granular materials
Product Features:
Bulk cement ash trucks can only transport cement and powdery materials with physical properties similar to cement. Materials with particles and moisture are not allowed to be transported, otherwise fluidized conveying cannot be achieved.
From climbing the ladder to the top, open the exhaust valve at the rear until the air pressure inside the tank is exhausted.
Open the filling cap according to the particle addition position, remove the sealing ring of the filling port, and place it properly.
Start loading. After filling, remove the cement ash around the filling port, install the sealing ring, tighten the filling port cover, and close the exhaust valve at the rear.
Park the vehicle in a flat position, tighten the parking brake, then get off the vehicle and close 2 (or 3) ash discharge butterfly valves and secondary blow valves, and open the intake ball valve of the 2nd (or 3rd) compartment.
Start the engine, press the clutch, turn on the power take-off switch on the dashboard, and operate the air compressor correctly.
According to different chassis (for electronic fuel injection engines, press the PTO throttle switch button), get off the vehicle and operate the manual throttle at the front end of the tank to adjust the engine speed to 900-1000 revolutions per minute.
Observe the pointer of the pressure gauge and start unloading when it reaches 0.18-0.2Mpa.
First, open the secondary blowdown valve, and then open all 2 (or 3) ash discharge butterfly valves.
When the pressure gauge pointer drops significantly, close the ash discharge butterfly valve in the rear compartment and the pressure will rise.
When the pressure gauge pointer drops significantly again, close the ash discharge butterfly valve in the middle compartment.
When the pressure gauge pointer rises to 0.18-0.2, open the ash discharge butterfly valve of the (middle) rear compartment to simultaneously clear the front, middle, and rear double compartments (or three compartments).
When the pressure drops to 0.05Mpa, it indicates that unloading is complete, and the throttle lever can be reset to stop the engine and air compressor.
